Russia in the OSCE: it is necessary to observe the aggressor and not the victim. On 18 September the Permanent representative of the RF A. Azimov addressed the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on the topic “South Ossetia”.

Sergey Lavrov named South Ossetia the close state and ally. The Foreign Affairs Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov confirmed that he arrived to South Ossetia with the purpose of planning the concrete steps on interstate relations.

“If the travel to the UN Security Council fails, then it does not want to hear the truth about the tragedy in South Ossetia”, said the acting Chairman of the Governemnt of the RSO.

Representatives of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry are visiting South Ossetia for the first time after recognition. According to the deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RSO Alan Pliev the representatives of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the RF are planning to discuss with the competent structures of the South Ossetian authority the issues of providing consular services to the residents of South Ossetia.

Youth of South Ossetia spoke before the deputies of the European Parliament Delegation members of the Republic of South Ossetia returned back to Tskhinval which according to the invitation of the European Parliament visited Brussels and spoke on the hearings on the issue of settlement of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict. The delegation form the RSO included also representatives of youth. Along with Plenipotentiary Representative of South Ossetia in Russia Dmitry Medoev they spoke before the deputies of the European Parliament.
